About Our Academy

Our purpose is simple. It's all about our students.

Trans4mations Beauty Academy, Inc. is conveniently located in the courtyard of Beaufont Mall in Richmond, Virginia.  The Founder and School Director, Lareesa Fonville Willis has a clear vision for a better approach to cosmetology education.  She has worked as an instructor over a decade for various cosmetology schools in Virginia learning some do's, but sadly, most don'ts.  The lack of a quality education and diploma mill-like admissions process motivated her to open an academy that put the focus back on the students, not dollar amounts.  When not teaching, she employed many who lacked the necessary skills needed to succeed in such a competitive industry.  Mrs. Willis has a passion for the beauty industry and her conception, Trans4mations Beauty Academy, will provide the world with successful, qualified, professional cosmetologists.
